This page explains how to delete your Feedsoft account and the data associated with it. One Feedsoft account covers every Feedsoft product — Formulation, Crop, and the farm apps for Poultry, Swine, Dairy, Beef, Equine, Sheep and Goats, and Aquaculture.
You can close your account from inside any Feedsoft app, or from your account page:
You do not have to close your account to remove records. In any Feedsoft app, open the record — a planting, harvest, activity, input or expense — and choose Delete. The app states what each removal takes with it before you confirm.
For anything else, including personal data held outside the app, email privacy@feedsoft.com and say what you would like removed. We will confirm the request before acting on it. Your account, your login and any subscription are unaffected; the retention periods below apply to data we are required to keep.
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot access your account, email support@feedsoft.com from the address the account is registered to and ask us to close it. We will confirm the request before acting on it, and will not ask you to reinstall anything.
Closing your account cannot be undone. When it completes:
Records you created in other Feedsoft products are not removed automatically. Email support@feedsoft.com to have those removed as well, and say which products you mean.
Some data is retained after an account closes, as set out in our Privacy Policy: analytics data for up to 14 months, server logs for up to 12 months, and contact-form submissions for up to 24 months. We may keep records for longer where the law requires it — for example, invoices and other billing records kept for tax purposes.
